What are your Shipping Rates and How Long Will my Order Take?


Domestic (Australia): 

  • Standard shipping is $7 on all orders and takes 4 - 8 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $60 AUD!!
  • Express Shipping is $9 on all orders and takes 1-3 business days. All orders over $80 AUD receive free express shipping!!
International (Everywhere Else):
  • Standard Shipping is $18 on all orders and takes approximately 15 - 20 business days (with COVID delays). Free Shipping on orders over $100 AUD!

How Can I Find My Ring Size?
All our rings our rings are in US sizes. To ensure you are purchasing the correct size, here are a few ways to measure your finger size.
  1. Visit your local jeweller located in any shopping centre as most jewellers will be able to measure your ring size free of charge.
  2. Cut a thin bit of string or paper, then wrap around your finger. Mark the spot where the paper meets then measure this distance with a ruler. After that, take that measurement and use the conversion chart provided below to measure your finger size. What Is Your Returns And Gift Exchange Policy?
We are more than happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery although we do not offer returns for change of mind. All exchanges are subject to shipping fees, please email us at midnightmooninfo@gmail.com for any enquires regarding exchanges and returns.

What Do I Do If The Item Is Damaged When It Arrives?
All our jewellery is packaged and secured before delivery to ensure your item arrives to you safely. In the unlikely event that it gets damaged in transit, please contact us with photo evidence and we will issue a replacement item.

How Does My Jewellery Arrive?
All sterling silver jewellery arrives in a gift pouch with a ‘sterling silver jewellery care card’. Orders over $50 receive a free gift box! For orders under $50 our jewellery boxes are only $1 each and available at checkout. If you purchase more than one item and require multiple boxes, please make sure you leave a note at checkout and we will include them in your packaging.

Can You Deliver To A P.O. Box Address?
Yes we deliver to PO box addresses.

How Do I Know What The Status Is Of My Order?
You will receive tracking information with every purchase. If you do not, please contact us and we will inform you on the location of your item. 

I Want An Item That Is Sold Out, What Do I Do?
Please email us if you would like an item that is sold out and we will provide you with either an option to; pre-order the item or place you on a waiting list and you will be contacted one day before the item is re-released on our site.

How Do I Care for my Sterling Silver Jewellery?
To keep your gorgeous purchase looking like new, it is recommended to follow these simple care instructions.  
  • Remove your jewellery before sleeping, exercising or completing any strenuous activities to avoid unintentional damage. 
  • Direct contact with hairspray, perfumes and other chemicals may cause jewellery to discolour. 
  • It is recommended that stone set jewellery is not worn while swimming. Avoid contact with water and do not wear sterling silver in chlorine.
  • Some of our pieces are delicate and are not designed to be worn everyday.
  • Silver can be cleaned with a silver cleaning solution or a polishing cloth.
  • Jewellery should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

Do You Re-Size Rings?
We do not resize rings, although many of our rings come in a range of sizes. If we do not have your size in stock, please email us at midnightmooninfo@gmail.com and we will do our best to source your size for you!
