Yes! We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the jewellery is unworn and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds

All of our pieces come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, contact us at midnightmooninfo@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll replace or repair the item for free!

How Can I Find My Ring Size?


All our rings our rings are in US sizes. To ensure you are purchasing the correct size, here are a few ways to measure your finger size.
  1. Visit your local jeweller located in any shopping centre as most jewellers will be able to measure your ring size free of charge.
  2. Cut a thin bit of string or paper, then wrap around your finger. Mark the spot where the paper meets then measure this distance with a ruler. After that, take that measurement and use the conversion chart provided below to measure your finger size.
